These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on kiss-cosmetic.com, operated by SILIAS P LLC (trading as “Kiss Cosmetic”), a Limited Liability Company (LLC) under United States law, registered under number 0008059488 (State of New Mexico, United States), registered office at 2106 House Ave, Suite 384, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States ("KISS Cosmetic", "we").
We take great care to display our products, shades and their characteristics as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color rendering may occur depending on your screen. Our products are cosmetics for external use — always read the usage precautions on each product page.
Your order is confirmed once payment is validated; you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any abnormal or bad-faith order.
Prices are displayed in the store currency, all taxes included where applicable. Promotional offers (including "Buy 1 Get 1 Free" and "Buy 2 Get 1 Free") are valid while displayed on the site and applied automatically at checkout. Payment is secure and processed by our payment providers.
Orders are prepared within 24 business hours. Shipping is free above the threshold displayed on the site. Delivery times are indicated at checkout and on each product page and run from dispatch. Risk transfers to you upon delivery.
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. Beyond that, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics are covered by the commercial guarantee only, not the statutory withdrawal right. To exercise either, write to info@kiss-cosmetic.com.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval of your request or receipt of the returned items.
We are liable under the statutory guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. We cannot be held liable for improper use of the products or for minor differences between product photos and delivered items.
All content on this site (brand, logo, texts, photos, videos) is the exclusive property of SILIAS P LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Any dispute will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts will have jurisdiction.
